What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return/exchange policy. If your art arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there’s a defect.
How do I install/hang the wall art?
Every framed art piece comes with pre-installed hanging hardware (D-rings or sawtooth hangers) on the back. We also include a complimentary wall hook and nail with each order. For heavier pieces, we recommend using wall anchors. A simple installation guide is included in the packaging.
